Peachjar Digital Flyers

As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and improved communication with families, the district has transitioned to a digital flyer delivery system. We have partnered with Peachjar to provide an easy and efficient way to share school and community information.

Peachjar distributes approved electronic flyers directly to parents’ email inboxes and posts them online on district and school websites. Families can quickly view flyers and take immediate action, such as registering for activities and events.

Benefits of using Peachjar include:

  • Keeps parents informed about school activities, community events, and resources
  • Supports environmentally friendly practices by reducing paper use
  • Saves thousands of dollars in printing and copying costs
  • Eliminates the administrative burden of making copies and distributing flyers
  • Helps students stay focused on academics and extracurricular activities

Information for Community Organizations

If you wish to distribute flyers to SUSD parents, you may register for a Peachjar account as a Program Provider and upload your flyer for distribution to your desired schools. Peachjar charges $25 per school, per flyer, per month, with bulk-rate options available. NOTE: Costs may be waived for free events (see contact info below).

Flyers must be approved by the district’s Community Relations Office. Organizations must be qualified non-profits and provide proof of non-profit status. Flyer content must benefit students and not conflict with SUSD programs. The district reserves the right to deny any request.

How to register:

  1. Visit Peachjar and click Sign Up
  2. Select Program Provider
  3. Complete required user and organization information

Peachjar Information for Parents

No action is required. If you provided your email during registration, a Peachjar account has already been created. You do not need to log in to receive or view digital flyers.

If you are not receiving Peachjar emails:

  1. Your email may not be on file with the school.
  2. Emails may be filtered as spam or images blocked. Add school@peachjar.com to your contacts and select “always display images”.

Managing multiple schools:

  1. Log in to your Peachjar account
  2. Select My Account
  3. Choose Notification Preferences
  4. Use Add School(s) or Remove School

Peachjar is used exclusively for school-approved flyers. Emails are never shared and can be unsubscribed at any time, though this may limit access to important school information.

Guidelines for Online Flyer Distribution

  1. The organization requesting flyer distribution must be a qualified nonprofit organization.
  2. The information on the flyer must serve to benefit students and must not interfere, conflict, or compete with programs offered by SUSD.
  3. The flyer must include fee waivers for eligible students, if applicable.
  4. The flyer must be clearly written and articulate its purpose.
  5. The flyer must include accurate contact information.
  6. The flyer must not contain content of a political nature.

Following these guidelines ensures flyers are safe, informative, and useful for our students and families.
